Jacqueline Delgado is the Founder and Managing Partner at Delgado Law Group, focusing in the area of Immigration Law. Ms. Delgado has vast experience representing businesses and investors in their applications for EB-5 green cards, E-2, H-1B, L-1, O, and P visas. Further, she has served as In-House Counsel for Butler Search Group which specializes in hospitality recruitment of J-1 and H-2B employees for hotels and private country clubs throughout the United States, and other investment and property management corporations throughout the South Florida area. Ms. Delgado is Of Counsel and the Chair of the International Practice Group at Joseph C. Kempe, P.A., a firm that offers pre-immigration and international tax planning, immigration assistance and international tax compliance. In addition to her work in immigration business matters, Ms. Delgado also represents clients seeking green cards, naturalization, as well as assist immigrants who are victims of a crime, seeking asylum, or other humanitarian relief before the Immigration Court. She has also argued appeals before the Third and the Fourth District Court of Appeals. Due to her previous experience at the Public Defender’s Office, Ms. Delgado frequently lectures on the crossroads between immigration law and criminal defense throughout Palm Beach and Broward County. She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Liaison Committee for American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mrs. Delgado is the daughter of Cuban immigrants. When she is not practicing law she is either on the tennis court or enjoying time with her family.

Jessica represents clients seeking visas, green cards, and naturalization. She provides aggressive deportation defense and representation to immigrant victims of crime. In addition, she has vast experience representing businesses and investors in obtaining their EB-5 green cards as well as representing employers in obtaining H1-B visas.
